Our culinary journey began in Hong Kong in 2019, where our head chef first discovered a passion for bringing authentic flavors to life. In 2024, we brought this love for Hong Kong cuisine to Scotland, introducing its vibrant tastes to the heart of Edinburgh.

At Dumpling Queen x Dai Jou Bu, we are committed to quality, sustainability, and freshness. We use natural, biodegradable packaging and prepare every dish fresh to order. Our menu features beloved classics like homemade chili oil, wonton noodle soup, beef rice bowls, and, of course, our famous dumplings and dim sum.

For the best experience, we highly recommend dining in, where you can enjoy our dishes at their freshest, served piping hot straight from our kitchen. Our lovely oil painting by our owner and all made in Japan tableware. While we offer takeaway and delivery, nothing compares to the depth of flavors enjoyed in-house.

We also love experimenting and evolving our menu with exciting new creations. Our latest, the Cheese Chicken Katsu & Haggis Dumpling, has quickly become a favorite among our guests.
