Our culinary journey began in Hong Kong in 2019, where our head chef first established a love for bringing authentic and delicious flavors to life. In 2024, we brought this passion to Scotland, introducing the vibrant tastes of Hong Kong to the heart of Edinburgh.
At Dumpling Queen x Dai Jou Bu, we are committed to using natural, biodegradable packaging and preparing every dish fresh to order. Our menu features beloved classics like homemade chili oil, wonton noodle soup, beef rice bowls, and, of course, our famous dumplings and dim sum.
We highly recommend dining in to experience the full depth of flavors and freshness that can only be truly appreciated when served straight from our kitchen. While we offer takeaway and delivery options, nothing compares to enjoying our dishes freshly made and served piping hot.
We also love experimenting and updating our menu with exciting new dishes. Our latest creation, Cheese Chicken Katsu & Haggis dumpling have quickly become a favorite among our guests.

We are at the heart of city center right under A&O Hostel,
Located within 5 mins walk from tourist spot Royal mile and main hotels and hostels such as Holiday Inn Express Edinburgh - Royal Mile , Travelodge Edinburgh Central, high street hostel, Radisson Blu Hotel, Edinburgh City Centre,
Parking is also available on the same street with a pay system in place.
Single yellow line right outside the restaurant.
Enjoy free parking after 6:30 PM. :)
